By installing Minimum Effort you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, which applies to every app distributed on the App Store: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
There are two, both non-consumable in-app purchases: the Career Pack unlocks the Consulting and Investment Banking career tracks, and the Home Office Pack unlocks the Home Office track. Neither is a subscription and nothing recurs. Each is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored on any device you sign in to, using "Restore purchases" in Settings. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The free version shows advertising delivered by the Google Mobile Ads SDK, and it is shown only after you have given consent in the form the app presents. Owning either pack removes the advertising. What is processed for it, and how you withdraw that consent, is set out on the privacy page.
Minimum Effort is a work of satire. The offices, the colleagues, the events and the careers are invented. Nothing in the game is advice of any kind, professional, legal, employment or otherwise, and no part of it should be read as a suggestion about how to behave at a real job.
The app is provided as it is. It is a game; it does not promise fitness for any particular purpose and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The pages of this site that describe the game use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless measurement service of the hosting provider. It sets no identifier and builds no profile; it counts page views and clicks on the App Store button, together with the place of that button on the page and the path of the page. Nothing from it is evaluated personally and nothing is passed on to third parties. This page, the privacy page and the support page load no script at all. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA, whose privacy policy is at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
